The hotel was COOL and the location was great right by taxi which is quite cheap, Bass Boutique for 3 nights and monument of the genocide and city centre. The place had a quiet atmosphere. I came here for 3 nights and had a just perfect stay.
Internet connection was weak, made me a little nervous.

Staff were courteous, rooms were magical and equipped with a lost bathrobe, Ararat view and an ashtray.
There was no welcome which we expected, so were a little disappointed.

Pretty standard place with huge rooms. Nice beds, two large windows, a kettle, and an iron in the room. Extremely friendly staff throughout. A great selection of tasty food.

Wonderful hotel, perfectly clean, very helpful staff and the beds were nice. The location of the property was particularly good and unbeatable, by taxi or metro or bus. Went to In Vino for drink or two, set relatively near the hotel.

The hotel of choice in Yerevan. The property was modern and spotlessly clean in a particularly good area. Unbeatable location, 15 minutes' walk to an open air museum. Well laid out and reasonably large room with ararat view and free breakfast.

Convenient location near city center, with currency exchange booth in nearby convenience store. Friendly staff recommended nice restaurants. Spacious, quiet room. Efficient A/C and good internet speed. Healthy breakfast with fresh fruits. Clean and modern hotel with small pool-like area in basement for cooling down. Good overall experience.

Spacious room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and terry cloth bathrobes. Polite, welcoming people working here. Location just next door to Lover's Park and metro station and Yerevan in the middle of the night.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located close to the city center, just a short walk away. The cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered was generous and delicious.
